"This review is way overdue but you know, life happens.
Adib helped me get 100% of my money back that I paid for a desktop computer ( which unfortunately I can't name as part of the settlement agreement).
The computer started giving me problems almost as soon I set it up, after months and hours of calling customer support and spending hours trouble shooting only to have the problem continue and then to add insult to injury ...customer support eventually told me to call a different # for help. Well, that help was going to cost me money but the computer was still under the 1 year warranty!!
